Depending on the location and equipment, the average price per square meter already starts at 1500 euros per square meter. The houses and apartments are handed over in ready-to-move-in condition, the bathroom is equipped and built-in wardrobes and kitchen furniture are included in the price.

Yes. Every buyer of a property also acquires a share of the land, i.e. the plot of land. 

Yes. All purchase contracts are officially recorded and registered at the land registry. Each client can obtain a title deed from the relevant land registry upon request.

Yes, every contract for the purchase of real estate is officially registered and subject to British law. In addition, each client may retain their own legal counsel at the time of contracting.

When purchasing a property in North Cyprus, only VAT of 5% and stamp duty of 0.5% of the net purchase price is due. VAT is not charged until the keys are handed over.

 

Yes. If you like a property, you can reserve it for a fee of only 1000-2000 euros (will be credited to the purchase). You then have 15-30 days (depending on the developer) to pay 30% of the purchase price. Reserved properties are not subject to further price increases.

Yes. We offer customer-friendly payment and financing plans. You can pay down your dream property with as little as 30% and pay off the rest in convenient, interest-free monthly installments.

Yes. Minimum down payment is 30% of the net purchase price. You can arrange individual payment plans without interest.

 

We accept payments in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Turkish Lira and Bitcoin. The price quoted in the purchase contract will be converted into the relevant currency at the prevailing rate. All prices are quoted in British Pounds.

 

The return depends on the length of occupancy. With an average occupancy of 200 days per year, the return is 10 to 12 %.

Yes, the buyer can apply for permanent residency in the TRNC after paying a deposit of 30% of the purchase price and staying 60 days per year.

 

Cyprus has over 300 days of sunshine a year and a very pleasant Mediterranean climate. The average annual temperature is about 19 degrees. In high summer (August) it can sometimes reach 40 degrees, in winter around 15 degrees. Cyprus does not usually have severe winters with frost and snow.
